- Do come with an open mind
- Do come with an empty stomach (2-3 hours after your last meal)
- Do wear comfortable layered clothing
- Do bring a blanket
- Do bring your own Yoga mat if you wish to do so (I have some available to use and also sell mats)
- Do bring some water for yourself
- Do come 5 – 10 minutes before class starts to have time to settle down
- Do turn your cell phone off during class
- Do ask questions to help you understand my teaching
- Do let me know if there are any changes to your medical or physical situation
- Do work within your own limits, keeping yourself safe
- Do be quiet before and during class. Keeping voices quiet before class and ceasing conversation during class helps you and everyone to get the most out of the Yoga practice.
