• Do come with an open mind
  • Do come with an empty stomach (2-3 hours after your last meal)
  • Do wear comfortable layered clothing
  • Do bring a blanket
  • Do bring your own Yoga mat if you wish to do so (I have some available to use and also sell mats)
  • Do bring some water for yourself
  • Do come 5 – 10 minutes before class starts to have time to settle down
  • Do turn your cell phone off during class
  • Do ask questions to help you understand my teaching
  • Do let me know if there are any changes to your medical or physical situation
  • Do work within your own limits, keeping yourself safe
  • Do be quiet before and during class. Keeping voices quiet before class and ceasing conversation during class helps you and everyone to get the most out of the Yoga practice.
  • Do let your friends know how you’re enjoying Yoga!
