The style of Yoga I teach is accessible to everyone, no matter what experience, fitness level or body shape. Based on Hatha Yoga, playing with vinyasas and incorporating and mixing it with other styles of Yoga during my sessions.
In each session I promise you 90 minutes of bliss! You’ll feel stronger, stand taller, breathe deeper and will be fully relaxed at the end of the session. I can also gurarantee that you’ll have fun and a good laugh at some stage. My Yoga classes are about you and are light hearted and for real life people.
Regular Yoga practice supports your whole being, and has enormous benefits on a physical, mental and emotional level by creating more awareness and connections in your body and mind.
