For anyone wishing to use Patricia Smith’s Touch for Health/Kinesiology service I am happy to recommend her. I received this service during it’s development, at which time I was experiencing unpleasant effects of a particular supplement I feel my body needs (with good reason). Patricia not only accurately targeted that product but then suggested a way to take it wherein my body would not experience issues. That advice brought back my sleep pattern and I adopted another clever suggestion of Patricia’s which has helped my health.
My husband and I went to see Patricia for Adrenal Fatigue and also food allergies. By using Touch for Health both issues have improved a lot. Patricia checked our status of all vitamins and minerals and balanced them out when indicated, and she checked and balanced the supplements we’re taking so that we can get the best out of them. My husband had pain on his tailbone from a fall and Patricia used her Kinesiology skills and within 10 minutes the pain had gone completely and he stayed pain free.

I went to see Patricia with my lovely wife. Patricia is aware of and knows much about muscle memory and such. I am a bit sceptic, but when things started to improve for me, I realised it does work! Touch for health is what blew me away. I went to her with a very sore tailbone from a fall and in 10 minutes Patricia had the pain taken away with Touch for Health.

Through her knowledge, guidance, warmth and positive support, Patricia has inspired me to embark upon a lifestyle with nutrition and wellness at its core. Her recommendations are responsive to my families lifestyle and both manageable and realistic. I have also been attending her Yoga class which I will describe as a wee vacation for my soul while my body gains core strength, balance and awareness. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone.
I was constantly aching and tired, dragging myself through each day achieving very little. So I started to go to Yoga to increase my fitness and stretch out the aches and pains. This was very beneficial and I started to feel better, however my body was not so easy to convince.
I have suffered migraines since the age of 9, it is apparently in the genes. I get sickness and pain which affect my head and stomach, it lasts for at least 24 hours. Migraine you learn to accept and live with, which I have done for 40 odd years, but reaching for painkilling drugs almost every week was becoming worse, it started to feel like days at a time.
Having missed a class due to Migraine, Patricia asked me how often I suffered. She said she could probably help me through my nutrition and supplements. I was open to help that did not involve any more doctors, giving me stronger drugs or worse, in my opinion giving my hormone treatment.
The advice Patricia gave me was straightforward and easy to put in place around the rest of my family’s needs. Each week she helped me to “listen” to what my body was telling me and we discussed what I could do with my nutrition and supplements to increase energy and feel better.
After only a short time my energy levels have improved and my body is able to get more goodness out of the food I eat. I have also lost weight which is a plus but most importantly I can’t remember when I last had a migraine. A year ago I was keeping a diary of attacks, I got to 36 in a year, I am finally getting control, drug free.

I am so grateful to have met Patricia she is the perfect, balanced Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist with such a wealth of knowledge. Even better, she is constantly evolving and just keeps bringing more to the classes. Her presence is calm and her friendly attitude is ever positive. It’s clear that she loves what she does. Patricia gives with patience, insight and love. I simply can’t rate her highly enough!
Fabulous yoga classes
I have been attending Patricias classes for over a year now and they are the best classes I Have been to and I have attended a few over the years. My strength in my legs, arms and back has increased pretty quickly. My suppleness is slowly getting there but I think this is a long term goal and will improve over time. I have quite a physical job and used to suffer from a lot of shoulder discomfort and thoracic spine problems and had to visit an Osteopath on a regular basis. I now find as long as I regularly attend Patricias classes my shoulders and back are no longer a problem, thanks for a great class Patricia!
I am very pleased to be able to review such an amazing person. Patricia is so much more than a Yoga Teacher, she is supportive, caring and genuine. She gets to know all her pupils individually and tailors and adjusts her classes where necessary to suit our individual needs.
I have been a pupil of Patricia for over three years and in the first two years regained my balance, shape and confidence in myself. Unfortunately early this year I suffered a stroke. I am now back at yoga, have regained my balance (which I lost on my right hand side), and my strength. Yoga has helped me read my body’s signals, so I know when to slow down and when to work a little harder.
I am confident with Patricia’s help and support I will be back at my former fitness and health levels in no time at all.
