Delicious! Great tasting chocolate smoothie, make it with some ice cubes and it’s almost like a soft serve ice cream, only much better tasting.

  • Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

1 Banana

or 3-4 medjool dates, pitted

1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw

1/3 cup almonds or walnuts, activated and dehydrated if possible

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

1/2 tsp Cinnamon, or to taste

1 cup Water (or less and add some ice cubes)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy,

Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately, but also keeps well in fridge for later.
